Webmail

To access your email  via web browser use one of the the following links. (Obviously replacing “yourdomain.com” with your domain name.)

http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail   or   http://webmail.yourdomainname.com

Your user name is your full email address  (example@yourdomainname.com)

Username Example (me@yourdomainname.com)

Password: XXXXXXX (Given to you at time of email setup) Be sure to change this once you have succesfully logged in.

Now that you are logged in you will see 3 different webmail clients.(Horde, Squirrelmail & Roundcube) I personally like Roundcube. Test them out and see which one suits your needs best.

iPhone mail setup

Username Example (me@yourdomainname.com)

Password: XXXXXXX (Given to you at time of email setup) For security reasons we suggest you login to webmail and change this. How to do this is stated above in the webmail access tutorial.

Incoming and Outgoing mail servers get set to mail.yourdomainname.com (Obviously changing “yourdomainname.com” to your domain name)

Android users this should be similar by setting the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers to mail.yourdomainname.com as stated above.
